Hi everyone. I'm back from China!(also known to chinese people as Zhong Guo) Yeah I know now people think I'm nothing but well a really big fool. But I think it's because of who I really am(too many personalities fighting in me, heh heh? Sorry. But I guess it's my "Blob" side that's showing on here as well my "tomboy" side. "Tomboy" is just really immature and often yells a lot. Heh heh?*sinks into chair embaressed*) In China I visited Hangzhou, a city ranked as one of the top ten best in China and where my Mum was once born. There we walked in West Lake and took a boat from there to get to this island where it started rainning really hard and drentched me and my family really hard, a park filled with many beautiful lotus blossoms. Did you know that you can actually make dishes out of lotus blossoms and eat the seeds inside them? I haven't really tried the seeds, but I just thought it would be something intersting. In Hangzhou my family and I visited some relatives as well as three different family villages. We also been to some family tomb stones as well. One in the mountains near the Zhang village(my Mum's family's) where my great grandfather as well as some of my other relatives(we burned paper money as well as incense and even more fun SHOT OFFF FIREWORKS INTO THE SKY! YAHOO! I think the paper money had lots of 1,000 yen or something) and two other ones in a cementary near the city(didn't do much except bow.) The names of two of the villages I forgot. The thrid one is the Zhang village where some of the best carpenters came from and even made life size scenes of different dynastys. Including the forbidden city during the Qin dynasty still under construction. These scenes are used by the sort of Universal studios of China to make movies out of. The ones me and my family been to are the Qin dynasty, where they performed this show about a guy who travels back to the Qin dynasty and became a soldier for someone's army I think. I can't speak or read much chinese okay? These were just guesses based on what was shown. Another one is the Han dynasty(we didn't get to see the play on that one because I decided to try on this warrior costume and pose for everyone that I thought looked groovey man.)Another the Song dynasty where they showed many acrobatics and had this sort of weird comedy mixed in with a camara man having weird disturbing moments I think. Well during the show one of the guys found a yellow attached underneath the camera man's pant's I think and out came some woman's underware. Don't wanna talk more about it except he kindof was visited by deamons and was put on top of this pole where it looked like it was going through his chest. The last dynasty we went to was the forbidden city where they showed a demenstration of what was actually being filmend in the movies vrus what was being played in the movies. It was really corney. Also while me and my family were in China, we stayed at this five star located up in the mountains(forgot which one is it) for one night and visited some of my Mum's friends I think in this sort of water city. We also got to wade in this sort of river while wearing these special sandels that prevent us from slipping and falling into the water(at first I refused to take them, thinking it was okay to walk in the water without them and oh course I was a big fool when I slipped and fell on my whole back side in the water. So I had to go back to the water village right next to it and and well....get a new pair of pants as well as a pair of those sandels). Oh yeah while visiting my relatives, there is one cousin my little sister doesn't like. She keeps following around her like a dog and bumping into her a lot. She even smacked into her bottom and shouted DA PI GUO!(Big bottom!). My cousin also likes to be carried my own father, the big bad wolf. Just kidding. It sure did make my sister angry though. She even tried to say to say to my cousin in chinese WO BU XI HUAN NI!(I don't like you). Oh course me and her couldn't get what out cousin was trying to say. Normally me and my sister don't our Dad sometimes(privacy reasons), but my sister sure tries to get some attention from him by wating to sit on his lap. What I kindof didn't like about my trip is my own father keeps banging on the hotel door while me and my sister are sleeping and even opening the curtains once he gets in. Man why does the sun have to be so bright there at 5:00am? I DON'T WANNA GO BACK TO SCHOOL ALREADY! The light made me hiss and scream like some deamon creature of the night. I also hate to have to wake up really early in the mornings and not get much sleep from having so much fun during the night and for getting place to place. Overall the trip was fine. I just wish I get the final say in saying what time do I get up. Grrrr.....DOG GONE YOU PARENT'S WAKE UP TIMES! Well wait for part two comes while in Guilin. I might even tell what happened before we got to China.
